I took my children to this Arby’s for dinner, and I have decided that I will never return. The restaurant had a strong smell of marijuana. While I have no issue with people choosing to smoke it, I don’t think it’s appropriate for them to be vaping in front of my kids. The staff also appeared to be visibly under the influence. Not only did they struggle to get our order correct, but the roast beef in my sandwich was cold, tough, and overcooked. The fries were old, cold, and had a rubbery texture. They even forgot to add the cheddar cheese sauce to the beef and cheddar sandwich, and when I brought it to their attention, one employee carelessly slid a cup of cheese sauce off the counter onto th...
Ordered a large (double) beef and cheddar meal. Just got a roast beef meal with no cheese. Worker taking my order made it medium even after I reiterated large side and large drink specifically. Refused to take anything but 1’s and 5’s when paying cash.Just overall not a great experience. I’m giving this a 2/5 because I went here about a year ago and service was ok in the past.Pretty sure the miscommunication occurred when I answered their questions after they kept on interrupting me during the order. Arby's, situated at 2214 Jolly Rd in Okemos, reopened its dining area on March 14, 2022. They are currently offering a great deal of two sandwiches for $6. The service here is consistently outstanding, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff who are both efficient and pleasant. The restrooms are well-maintained, and there's plenty of parking available. Please note that their closing time may vary, as they are experiencing staff shortages and typically close around 8 PM.
Hi there! I wanted to share that the $1 menu is no longer available. Sliders are now priced at $1.39, and fries are $1.19. Overall, it's still a decent value. The lobby at this location is often closed, so you'll need to use the drive-thru. My food has typically been fresh and well-packaged. Well done, Arby's team!

Very efficient and pleasant staff. Restrooms clean. Ampleparking. Closing time varies. Said they are short staffed.
I requested Arby's sauce twice, but it wasn't included in the bag. I also ordered cheddar cups for dipping our fries, but they never arrived. To make matters worse, I asked for Dr. Pepper but received Coke or Pepsi instead; it definitely wasn't Dr. Pepper. Thankfully, the rest of our order was correct.
This place always has fresh food HOWEVER they NEVER stay open the hours they say they are open online. 7 times now we have tried to eat there on a Friday or Saturday night and it?s been closed up by 7 sometimes 8 pm even though the web says 10 and drivethru 11.
The staff at this restaurant is excellent! I had a small issue with my drive-thru order, but when I brought it to their attention, they promptly resolved it, apologized, and thanked me for coming back. This level of customer service is outstanding. Great job!

Very happy with the service. The manager is super nice to his employees/customers and the food tis always great. The staff here is also very welcoming. Highly recommend. I was here on Tuesday,the 30th of August.
