I'm done with the Arby's in the lower part of South Carolina. Today, my son wanted a beef and cheddar, so we decided to stop by. When we arrived, I noticed only one car in the back of the parking lot, which made it clear they weren't busy. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and waited for someone to take my order, but after four minutes of silence, I chose to drive away. As I passed the side windows of the restaurant, I saw all the employees sitting in the dining room. It was only when they noticed me leaving that they finally went back to work. Clearly, they had no interest in serving anyone, as no one responded or moved until I was already on my way out.
Wasn't horribly impressed. Though we went in here late an hour before closing, it was nearly impossible to understand the individual taking orders which was very frustrating since we were on a tight schedule.When we got up to the window we were the only ones in line and we were still asked to pull up. That is a huge pet peeve to me. If no one is behind me waiting to get food, there is no reason I should pull up and wait.The brisket sandwich was decent at best, all of the meat that wasn't under the bun was very dry and was hard to eat. Felt like it was under a heat lamp for long time. The fries and poppers were hot however and that was a surprise.
I live just a mile away, and when I got home and took the food out of the bag, I noticed that we hadn’t received the large sizes, even though we were charged for them. The fish sandwich was tough, as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp for over an hour. My husband’s beef cheddar was not the half-pound we ordered; it was actually a medium, and the meat was so dry and tough that he couldn’t eat it.
I’ll be driving a bit farther to a different location for my food from now on. This isn’t the first time my food has been below standard. Arby’s is too expensive to be serving subpar food.
EDIT: Drove past on 1/5/2022, and sadly they are closed. Really was craving one of their salads and a jamocha shake, and didn't have time to go to the one near Otranto. Sad to see it go!Always have a wonderful experience here. I go a couple times a month while I'm working across the street, and they know me by name. Always clean, fast and friendly service, delicious sandwiches!

Arby's usually serves up great food, but my experience at this location was disappointing. The bathrooms were not well-maintained, and it took about fifteen minutes just to start taking my order. After that, they completely forgot about me and instead processed a DoorDash order. I also noticed that at least two of the employees seemed out of it.
Hardly any meat on my Reuben sandwich. I ordered crinkle fries and got curly fries that looked and tasted like they'd been put back in the fryer to make them warm. The $1 roast beef slider was ok but I didn't care for the flavor of the biscuit. I try and support restaurants, but have not had much luck with fast food. Jersey Mike's always good.
What can i say...its fast food if u ever ate Arbys b4 then u no aint hamburgers. Its roast beef and chedder chicken ham etc sandwiches they alrite. If course years ago like all fast food was ALOT BETTER.
There's only two people working at this location and one of them are being trained and the other didn't know how to enter a coupon.

This was an excellent option for late-night food. My husband was very happy, and my crinkly fries were fantastic!
