If you find yourself at the drive-thru, I wholeheartedly recommend requesting Nicholi (Nick)! He's guaranteed to brighten your day and may even entice you to add items to your order that you hadn't planned on. My interaction with him and Mikaylah at the drive-thru was truly outstanding. This Arby's location is usually a favorite for meals in the area, but our experience tonight was outstanding. Nikolai helped us at the drive-thru window, while a woman took our order through the speaker. Both staff members delivered fantastic customer service and were genuinely friendly. We were really impressed by their hospitality, as a warm interaction with a stranger at a fast food place can really lift one's spirits. Thank you for being a standout team!

Food is always great very a very great variety of food. Food is always fresh and hot. Pricing is very affordable. It definitely helped my craving. Workers were very nice. No long wait periods. Great location as well. Not hard to find. Book a table now
Ordered a meal thru drive thru. Was told I didn 't order a drink (it states on the menu, a drink comes with meal) and never received coupon for donation. Fries were old. Employee didn 't seem to know what he was doing.
The drive-thru service was fast, and my order was correct. The food was decent. However, the website could use an update, as some promotional items were not listed. The disclaimer was accurate.
I tried the hush puppy fish after a fast and ended up with a bad case of food poisoning. I won’t be returning, but others might have a different experience. Judge Wise
