Shorted me an order of French Fries and refused to give me a refund. I contacted them as soon as I arrived home and realized the error, but they would not refund my card unless I returned to the store.I expect people to occasionally make mistakes, but I cannot accept a business refusing to make it right, when It is so simple.Update: I filled out the form linked in the response from Arby's BEFORE I submitted this review and have received no response 3+ days later. So, don't assume any of their customer service system is effective.
I had some trouble with the app, and the staff was able to help me use the app to place an order that required online ordering... Which ironically, I had to do in the store because of issues with the app.
I'm done with fast food, period. I don't know what's changed. I just know that it's making me physically sick.
