Both my son and I experienced stomach cramps and nausea shortly after eating a roast beef sandwich from Arby's Roast Beef. We placed our order through the drive-thru while leaving town. I contacted the restaurant to inform them about the symptoms we had after eating their food, but the response was sarcastic, dismissive, and rude, showing no accountability. I wasn't asking for a refund, just wanted to alert management about our experience with their menu. I am extremely disappointed and surprised this Arby's still has customers given the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude of the staff and management. Unfortunately, this location in Farmington reflects poorly on the brand.
After driving all day, we were really craving Arby's and our mouths were watering for some roast beef. We had our order all planned out and set the location in our GPS two hours before arriving, fully aware that we might barely make it before closing time. Unfortunately, when we arrived just 30 minutes before their 10 PM closing time, we found them closed, even though the open sign was still lit. We were so disappointed; I felt like crying because I was tired of eating at other fast food chains. Our only options were Carl's Jr., McDonald's, or Taco Bell down the street.

Put this on our GPS 2 hours out knowing we would barley make it before they closed- we arrived 30mins before 10PM(closing) and they were closed even though the open sign was still on too. I won’t be returning to Arby’s Roast Beef. My mom’s sandwich from the menu was soggy, and the vegetables were rotten with a bad smell. Everything, including the meat, tasted spoiled. We couldn’t eat any of it and had to throw it away. I also filed a complaint with the corporate office but have yet to receive a response.

Overall, everything was great! Just a tip: if you order the regular fries, make sure to ask for some salt, as they can be a bit bland. On the other hand, I highly recommend trying the curly fries instead!
