I’ve been coming here for 6 years. The past 2 visits I’ve had the most unwelcoming bartender. He rolled his eyes after he took our menu and I simply asked to get 1 back so we could look at the drinks. Every interaction we had with him he would give attitude or just seem annoyed. Once again, I’ve had him 2 times in a row on each visit. I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this last visit. I never write reviews unless I’m really let down. Super impressed with Arc. We made a reservation and didn’t have to wait when we showed up a few minutes early. The staff was all very friendly and helpful with recommendations. We were recommended Snozzberry and Two Gins One Cup for cocktails. Both very good. It was suggested that food be shared because it’s all cooked in a wood burning stove and comes out whenever each meal is ready. We ordered cornbread that was very sweet but so good. So this was our favorite place for many years! Then we had really bad service twice in a row. Perhaps it was the younger people that were in charge those nights that didn't understand the meaning of good customers service. We decided to give it another try after 2 years. All though the portions seemed to be smaller then before, the service was great!!!! Scotty our bartender was AMAZING!! We were celebrating my Dad beating the big C word!! It's where he wanted to go. Food is stellllarrrr! Service is questionable. We sat at the bar. It started out great but then after we finished our food we sat there waiting for 20 minutes until someone finally came over and asked if we needed anything. We’ll def come back because of the food and atmosphere, but if you go I would definitely make sure you have ample time and not expect quick service.
Great first time experience. We enjoyed 2 of their delicious hand crafted libations, Number One and Finkle is Einhorn. Both drinks were amazing. Since they offer sharable portion sizes- we picked the Pot Roast and the Texas Chili. Both were fantastic and would 100% come back to try more items off the menu.
Pretty good food, quite expensive. One dish was pretty strange. Chile Relleno, good but super watery, needed bread or tortillas. Grilled calamari was awesome, just not a very large dish for $32.
The food is terrible. They put sugar on mushrooms. And called croquettes crispy duck. Nope. Drinks were good but go somewhere else where both food and drinks after good.
