Not what it used to be... Completely unfriendly manager and staff. The white sauce, that used to be sauce, now more like, well, milk on your burger. Those fries that used to be so good... not now and the best thing about Artic Circle, the free flowing fry sauce... No more. enough for a half order of fries, and then they charge you, which isn't so bad, but being told that when you order would be nice, especially when your paying with a credit card.. two little fry sauces will set ya back 1.50. Just not what it used to be, and for the quality of food.. probably my last visit here. single burger, small shake and a fry: just shy of $16. Goodbye Arctic Circle, Hello Five Guys!
I only come here because of the milkshakes, I tried everything on the menu and did not hate the restaurant itself, but it is a part of the most dry, and the most slandered eating I had ever had in my life, it is like eating cafeteria, but worse. the only redeeming and legendary ding that saves this restaurant is her shaking! I just wish they were open a little later and Sunday, because that's when I feel like a shake hit the spot haha. please never change their shakes, they are the best, but please do something about the rest of the food, it has to taste something or something to make the food taste better, especially the burgers!
Drive thru was not busy and customer service person was very nice. They were totally out of Chicken Rings. Daughter and hubby still ordered and while the service was fast they got my husbands order wrong. He ordered the fish fries and got chicken instead. I immediately contacted the restaurant and finally heard back from the owner who said she would send coupons to fix the issue. Except when the coupon arrived, it was for a small milkshake....which does not fix the fact we were given chicken instead of fish!! Bad business!
It's good, but they need a kid friendly shrimp basket. A 3 piece in a smaller tray without the halibut could be a great thing. Also the old management used to allow real fruit (strawberries) in the Lemonade with a small upcharge. Now they won't even consider it. Book a table now
always a timeless favorit. eating is always just so-so, but it is one of the few places that have the level of diversity they have. the tables were all quite dirty at a recent visit, but had a pleasant meal with the family, regardless of it.
The cooks need to be re-trained. No pastrami on a Pastrami Swiss Burger. Another sandwich was ordered plain but it wasn't prepared correctly either. The ice cream thay we ordered was good.
always delicious and great eating. it is a little expensive and the waiting time would be considered ridiculously long, but it is all fresh hot eating. it's worth the price.
Yuck, yuck, I only gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because the ice cream isn't bad. The burgers are so nasty. They need to change the lettuce they use. Book a table now
great place, very cheap seafood. the order met quickly and accurately and the employees ensured that our order was completed.
