We were a group of 9 who booked ahead for a quick lunch from work. We were disappointed with the venue. The atmosphere was sterile and the service poor and uncoordinated. The worst part was when we were told we could only order via the QR code thing on the table. None of us , with 9 phones,could get a signal in the place but still the staff we could find were trying to persuade us to order this way eventually they were persuaded to take our order manually. Some of our group went to the bar and stood there for ages before anyone served them. The food took an hour to arrive, we had to follow it up. The food was good once it arrived. Service friendly and bright. Food arrived promptly. Huge serves. Croquettes n boneless chicken wings yum. Mushroom confit delish but a bit heavy. Son raved about the ribs. Husband liked the sausage dish. Never been before, ordered too many sides of carbs. Arrived 1900, walked out 2000. Brief and quick to the point. We came for the food, wasn't interested in drinking. Son will return for the ribs. Informal atmosphere, great relaxed vibe after a busy day at work.
The meal was just fine, had the Bavarian flavor, Bretzel was warm with butter, could not finish this before the main was on the table so felt hurried. Mainly was just okay because the money was better. Must have served Dessert, the strudel was ok again, but not writing home. Overall felt rushed and meal was hardly OK for the price, will try elsewhere to come together for the next.
This was my third time in the Bavarian Robina. My ribs were perfected, but my wife's ankle was under the par. It seems to be warmed again as the outside was hard and the inside was common. Love the yeast beer and waitresses, although under the pump to serve all only 2 of them were very pleasant.
