For over 10 years we have been ordering regularly, so are regular customers. But now the second time a not exactly friendly driver. Several times I told the driver, please do the financial and then the goods. Thus, the goods remain warm until handover in the warm-up box. Then this was undamaged. I ordered a pizza at 10:00 a.m. 2 days ago, which meant that clearly my data has been listed. I waited in vain until 23:30 until I decided to call, you already had to and my pizza was never delivered! No call at all.. when I called today to complain I got a cheeky answer “and now? What am I supposed to do? Will never spend a cent here again! They've never heard of customer service.
Ordered for delivery. When I didn't get any information about the courier's going, I called. They told me I had ordered to pick up. I disagreed. The employee said I hadn't given an address(uncertainly not). I shared it with him then was delivered. Appeal mail remained unanswered. I find this procedure unharmed.
