What’s the point of a reservation if it’s not honored? Had a 730pm reservation for 4 people, didn’t get seated until 830pm. Then another 30 minutes at the table waiting for the chef to come out. I understand it’s a busy place, but don’t bother planning a reservation. There were multiple other people complaining about the same thing.. this place also added an automatic 18% gratuity Just on our party of 4 and didn’t point it out to us, so be careful not to double tip. Food was good like a standard hibachi, but much more overpriced. Won’t be going back to this one.
