I cannot understand the negative reviews. I've eaten here about 10 times last couple years, never had a bad experience. I. Fact the opposite for us. Have always got the male manager at cashier and he's very accomodating and reasonable. I frequent this restaurant for their lunch specials. I always start with the delicious satay chicken sticks and enjoy the Japanese chicken rice as my main course. The satay chicken sticks are consistently amazing with a delectable sauce. The Japanese chicken rice is flavorful and one of my favorite dishes. Unfortunately, the staff lacks enthusiasm and could improve their customer service. The decor is mediocre and could use some enhancements. Overall, the food is excellent but there is room for improvement in other areas.
I visit this restaurant at least once a month and I typically like to try new places, but this one never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious with amazing Asian flavors, and the prices are very reasonable. Despite always being busy, the service is always top-notch. I have been to other Hans cafes, but none of them have matched the quality of this one.
Yum Yum!. Best Han's cafe south of the river! Great service, friendly staff and the food is fresh and flavoursome. Come here atleast once a month and am never dissapointed.
