Cheap and delicious! I had no idea this restaurant was a dim sum place until a friend brought me here. Usually, most people know this plaza for the popular Vietnamese restaurants.
I recently visited this restaurant over the weekend and was incredibly disappointed. We were seated in a smaller separate room and received the worst service imaginable.
