Great service and atmosphere. Located near the border at the town of Woodstock and Lincoln. Booth seatings by the window and you can also sit by the counter with stools. We came for breakfast during weekday. It has a steady of customers while we are there. The waitress that served us by the counter seatings was very friendly and helpful. We order a variety of pancakes offering. Usual stuff that comes with bacon/sausage and toast. While everything was cooked perfectly and comes fast, there is no memorable taste of the pancakes. Just a usual common pancakes. I will suggest to drive into town of Lincoln for a pancakes at a restaurant called Flap Jacks. We haven't tried their lunch or dinner men...
Love this place! It 's a cute little old metal diner right near clarks. You have to go at the right time because they are always busy! We came in April when nothing is even open and they were still busy! They have fresh baked bread and muffins which is amazing. I usually get one of their omelettes but this time I opted for their special dish fancy scrambled eggs which is basically an open face omlette. It was very good! I had a grilled bagel on the side. My boyfriend got the French toast short stack. He was able to mix and match the bread so he had one piece with raisin bread which was tasty.
We had an amazing breakfast here, and we actually came back for two consecutive days! The food was excellent. Our waitress on both days was incredibly accommodating to our kids, even bringing out props to keep them entertained. Our daughter had such a great time that when we asked her what she wanted for breakfast, she immediately said she wanted to go to the place that served the Mickey Mouse chocolate chip pancakes. Oh, and don't forget to feed the ducks while you're there!
A great spot for families! This diner has a fun atmosphere that brings back memories of the good old days. While the coffee could use some improvement, the service is friendly and the food is delicious. It's a wonderful place to kick off your day in Lincoln!

Great diner with wonderful breakfast. The Sunny Day Diner makes their own bread, so the toast you have with your breakfast will be unique and delicious. We had a party of 10 people and the waitress did a fantastic job serving us all.
This is our go-to spot for breakfast after a long day of hiking! The food is fantastic, and the coffee is truly excellent. Just be sure to bring cash, or you might find yourself doing dishes!
