The steak sandwich was quite good—juicy and cheesy, with a wonderful aroma. However, it did become soggy after a while, especially since I roasted half of it. But when you're hungry, it doesn't really matter as much. On the other hand, the signature coffee was overpriced and not worth it, in my opinion. I’m not sure if it was just my order, but it arrived lukewarm, and all the chocolate blended in made it sticky, even after mixing. When I touched it, it felt cooler. I would rate that a 0 out of 5 stars. Overall, the experience was a mixed bag—things could definitely be improved, and some items felt overpriced.
I've visited this restaurant several times since I live right next door, but I've been disappointed every time. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail, whether it's forgetting the sweetener in the ice cream as requested, serving burnt espresso, or mixing drinks that lack flavor. I'm not sure what the baristas are doing at this point. While I’m not a fan of the food, some of the items on the menu do sound promising. The baked goods seem to be prepared well. They have a terrace overlooking the street, which is a nice touch, but unfortunately, it doesn't have the same inviting seating as Aroma.
Disregard of customer's time. Lazy staff. and under staff.They missed my order and hadn't prepare until I asked where my order. Of course some other customers after me already took their order.While waiting my order, they chatted and did nothing so i thought my order, 1 americano and 1 hazelnut latter, needed specially additional time to prepare.When I asked my order, they didn't say sorry properly even they knew they missed it. Just said Oh I missed it
Being yelled by the owner and asked to leave.Was told to leave after staying for 40 minutes because the owner said it’s an hour dinning limit for lunch time. He need to get more seats ready so he have to let me go despite the place is not full.Used to visit on a weekly basis because it’s close to my gym but not anymore.

Great space to work, drinks are pretty good. But I ordered the steak melt and the bread was soggy and overall felt very home made... I couldn't even finish it. I've had their sandwiches before and its still the same so I would not recommend the sandwiches or food in general...
The food and drinks are good but the customer service is terrible. The workers always seem annoyed at customers and are not friendly at all. I work in the customer industry and I try to give workers the benefit of the doubt but the customer service is so sad it hurts
Giant “Open” sign visible from road. I park, walk and get locked out at door cause they’re actually closed. What kind of bait and switch location puts up a big open sign and a tiny closed beneath it?
This cafe is quite disappointing. I regretted stepping inside. The customer service is lacking! I recommend going to Stars, Tim's, or McDonald's instead. Just go anywhere else—trust me!

I usually come to this aroma place for their amazing soups and ambiente. good place to do their work, they just make sure to bring ears because the music is a little loud.
Great place to study after school. Drinks and food are pretty good, but also pretty expensive.
