Dear Arundel Pizza Staff and Customers, I am a regular customer and wanted to share my thoughts on the restaurant. First, the food is absolutely delicious. I would choose their pizza over living an extra ten years - that's how good it is! The service is also exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members. Pretty terrible pizzas unfortunately. The staff were nice but the food was boarderline inedible. Just went for a Margherita and it was not nice at all. Very bland tasting, overcooked on top and undercooked on the bottom, also wayyy too much cheese for how much base you get. Such a shame. It was horrible, the pizza was small, had a large price, service was OK but could be so much better, the place was dirty and the pizza was burnt, and undercooked at the same time don't even know how that works, please do not waste your money on this place. Hands down best pizza in the city of Gold Coast! Authentic pizza crust, largest range of flavours n options, fresh. Ordered in person and was whipped up fast. Go try them! I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at the restaurant, only to find it closed when it should have been open. I had made the effort to drive there after hearing so many good reviews. The photos were taken at 7:38pm on Monday.
