We were disappointed because when we return to this type of restaurant we expect a more friendly service... An aperitif almost imposed a qutsches wine at 14€!!! No champagne offered...! No wine card!!! I've never seen this... a service without a smile! Too bad. Cherry on the cake !!!! Just finished the coffee, the server comes to table with the addition and the TPE for the regulation!!! It's never seen before for a restaurant called gastronomic! When we leave Nobody to greet us! Eyes I find. The dishes offered are of thanks to the chef for his kitchen! Unfortunately it is not enough to want to go back .... For my part I do not recommend.
The kitchen is good, but the experience is confusing, we don’t have what we eat and it’s only after eating that we know It is not from frank taste but very subtle so very hard to find. And so we don’t have time to figure out what we eat. Even if we have the menu at the end of the meal. It is impossible to have a gustative memory of what we have tasted and it is a shame. A perfect place to discover new flavours, we went there tonight with my partner and it was surprising! First of all a very pleasant welcome, a listener’s waiter and a quality chef! The principle of discovering what we ate in posteriori is an interesting concept. On the other hand, attempts at originality are not always happy and harmonious. I had not come for a while, and the ASA restaurant is always up to my expectations! A wedding of incredible flavours and textures There are some things I hate eating everyday and yet here I eat them without any problems!
