For a start, I don't know whether this restaurant has changed hands recently, because the flyer that we were given states that it is called Los Acantilados Asador Grill Steak House. Anyway, me and my wife had a walk up from the roundabout with the sculpture of a woman with a basket on her head one evening to try it out and we were not disappointed. Whilst staying in Los Gigantes we were looking for a good restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had this Steak House recommended. We ordered our favourite fillet steak and a bottle of good wine. When the steak came it looked huge but we cut into it and then found it very tough and chewy ! No way was this a fillet steak ! We complained and were told that they had been having problems with their butcher ! They took the price of the bottle of wine off the bill but we still had to pay for the steaks which I think were 18 euros each. This was a big disappointment as we had been looking forward to a good steak to celebrate our anniversary and had taken a taxi to get to the restaurant...
On our last visit to Tenerife over 3 years ago we ate here almost every night. Hence it was also our first stop as soon as we arrived this time. Nothing has changed which is just great. Excellent Steak and delicious Spare Ribs. Outstanding value for the money, great service, and an amazing view. We cannot wait to have much more of as much as we can on the menu over the next couple of weeks. This is the place to go for prime quality. Was very disappointed with this restaurant after having heard such hood reports. The setting and the views are stunning. I ordered sautéed chicken which when it was served was half a chicken cut into pieces and deep fried in not very clean oil and over done. There was plenty of but to be honest I have had much better at the Chicken Shack for less than half the price. My wife ordered chicken which again there was plenty of it but not very good suffice to say that the cats who visit the restaurant had a good supper that night!!!

We ate here on our last evening whilst on holiday and after reading varying comments we were a little apprehensive as to what to expect. We shouldn't have been, however, the staff were really friendly, the service prompt and the food we had was delicious. The terrace lit by lamps made the atmosphere very relaxing and made for a lovely end to a great holiday.
this restaurant is located looking over the cliffs of los gigantes, i dined here several times over my latest stay and always enjoyed eating here. the staff are excellent. good pizza, i do also love the bread they serve. thanks Guys.
Gran sitio en puerto de santiago, tenerife, se come muuuuyyyyy bien y te tratan mejor. si van a tenerife os recomendo pasar por ahí, el precio aun es mejor que la comida si eso es posible. yo lo tengo claro.....volveré
great place in the port of santiago, haveife, eat well muuyyyyy and treat better. If they're going to havesi, I recommend you go through there, the price is even better than the food if possible. I'm clear.

Brilliant views, excellent food and service, seems to attract a lot of customers who have to travel to the restaurant as not many people walk past and they always seem busy!
Lovely food at a decent price. The Stuffed pork was amazing. nice setting and plenty of options on the menu.
