A real disappointment: The service person did not speak one word of English. She served the wine in a completely inacceptable manner. She not even understood that we would have liked to have a grappa after the meal, but just brought the bill. The starter was fine, but the steak I had ordered medium was more than raw, for me not eatable. Really a disappointment.
