I first asked for our reserved table in Spanish, but he didn 't get the question right, so I started in English and the first reply I get is literally in Spanish No English here . It set the tone for us for the entire evening. My Spanish is a bit rusty I admit, but he wouldn 't even try to get me at ease in this situation. We ordered 2 paella Mariano and a fish in the oven. I recently had the displeasure of experiencing truly terrible service at a restaurant, and I couldn't be more disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff didn't care about their customers or their experience. I was greeted by a host who was unfriendly and uninterested in seating me promptly, despite the fact that there were plenty of empty tables available. Once I was finally seated, it became clear that the waitstaff was similarly disengaged. It took an excruciatingly long time for someone to even come over and when we asked if we could ordered, they shouted at us to give them some time. We had a reservation and were looking forward to enjoying the menu (not à la carte). We arrived 15 minutes late due to our one year old twins, but still in time for the menu (which is only offered until 13.45). Once we were seated a badly humored waiter informed us that it is not enough to be there at 13.45 to get the menu, but it must be ordered by then. At that point it was just 13.48 and, even after speaking with the manager, we were not allowed to order the menu. We just left very disappointed. In sum, very unfriendly and very little professional. We will certainly not come back and obviouly cannot recommend this place.
La verdad, es un sitio muy recomendable, y es por eso que no entiendo cómo pueden cometer el error de servir percebe marroquí del BM, lleno de arena. La calidad de un Restaurante se presupone en todos los platos. El servicio muy bueno, y el resto de lo que comimos muy rico. Igual también, por cierto, habría que estudiar cómo hacer para que el aire acondicionado no caiga encima de los comensales.. igual sólo pasaba en nuestra mesa, pero en ese caso habría que desactivar ese aparato concreto) Espero que sea constructiva mi crítica.

Bonito restaurante en el centro de Isla. La materia prima es buena. Inmejorable solomillo, estupendo rodaballo… Postres caseros muy buenos entre los que destacan las tartas de queso y tartas cántabras. Como única queja la antipatía de los empleados y el aire acondicionado altísimo que obliga a ponerse un jersey para poder comer.
2023 Ensalada tomate, croquetas y machote riquísimo. Arroz con leche normal. Vino blanco caliente. Mucha mosca mientras comíamos.
Se come bastsnte bien, pero demasiada gente y ruido y no muy bien organizado. Menú económico, carta cara. Bien abastecido.
Maravilloso el sitio, la camarera muy atenta. Eso sí, reserva que sino...no comes. Genial la experiencia
