We started to go to Las Brasas weekly last Autumn after our choir rehearsal moved to a venue nearby. The intention on our first visit was just to have a drink, but after we 'd been seated for a few minutes, the waitress arrived with breakfast bowl sized French fries with a fried egg on the top. For each of us! This was the free tapa which went with the drink. This continued for about 4 weeks, then the free tapa changed to Russian salad, but we were told that we could buy the egg chips for 1.50€. Well, why wouldn 't we? This has continued happily, through various changes of staff, until last week when instead of individual portions, they brought bowls twice the size with 2 eggs. OK, no proble...
El asador las brasas es un sitio muy recomendable. Es conveniente no pedir mucha comida porque los platos son muy generosos. Con solo un plato come una personas o dos, como mínimo. La carne a la brasa es la esencialidad de este restaurante que siempre tiene muchísimas personas, por lo que hay eu acudir bastante temprano si quieres almorzar sin esperar bastante tiempo en la cola. Aun así, a muchas personas les compensa la espera, porque a veces hay decenas de personas esperando en la calle. Yo siempre he acudido temprano y no he tenido que esperar. Sitio muy recomendable en Sabinillas, de cocina tradicional y distinto de la tónica dominante en la zona en los últimos años, que se está orientan...
We love this place! The food is different from most other places in the area, and the staff are very friendly and generous. If you’re looking for bbq ribs/chicken, etc. this place is a must!! They’ve always been really busy ever since they opened years ago, which says a lot!
Unpretentious, basic furnishings, outdoor seating in a back-street. But food is excellent value for money. Loads of good quality meat, well cooked seasoned. Definitely worth a visit.

Sitio agradable. No les da tiempo a asistir a todo el mundo debido la cantidad de mesas que tienen. Hay que ser paciente, merece.la pena.
