buen servicio, lugar acogedor con un ambiente muy llamativo con las vigas del techo, que regresan al pasado, pensando en lo que sería ese lugar antes. la comida adecuada, aunque algunos platos, excesivamente caros por lo que son. el enemigo, un poco duro/fried y con poco encanto. pan tostado, o acompañamiento, muy simple. una mermelada de manzana o algo dulce con ella, sería agradecer, como en otros establecimientos, porque es destituida en el plato. los hongos, muy buenos, famosos, pero en mi opinión, criados en precio. pescado, muy bueno en ambos platos, kokotxas y rap. This was by some measure our worst meal in San Sebastián. Artichokes were tinned and unpleasant, fish soup unremarkable but the real horror was the grilled cod,so badly overdone as to be inedible. Total indifference from the disinterested staff when the food was returned barely touched. This place seems to survive on local business clientele so if you are on vacation and want a good meal maybe try one of the very many other great places in town.
En general me ha gustado, el foie estaba bueno, la txuleta tambien, pero el precio es un atraco… 75€ el kg no tiene sentido para la carne que era, estaba rica pero nada de otro mundo.. por 45 el kg comes mejores carnes con mejor sabor… Si es verdad que el servicio muy atento, educado y agradable. Pero le falta sabor
We went here based on a recommendation of our local tour guide. This was not a good experience. The restaurant was extremely noisy, service was fair and most importantly the food was poor. The fish was not even cooked properly. For a meal that was supposed to be a typical Basque dinner we were very disappointed.

Loved this as a no-frills dinner. There is so much amazing food in san sebastian, but this place is definitely a must-visit. We shared a whole fish to start, followed by a steak for 2 (could have been for 4!!! with a side of fries and a salad. Everything was so amazing, I cannot wait to go back!
Such a great find. Fab location away from the city center (but very close, about a 10 euro taxi). We got the anchovy starter, hake and a steak to share. Loved it. Authentic food, perfectly cooked. What more can you ask for. The staff were also amazing and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back!
Excelente lugar. El chuletón es el mejor que hemos probado. Es nuestro primer viaje a Donostia y estando de paso dimos con este sitio de casualidad, guiándonos por los buenos comentarios en Google. Aseguro al 100% que volveremos a este restaurante.
This is a restaurant outside San Sebastián. The place is nice, service is good. The food is very good, particularly the fish although it is expensive for an Asador. Anyway, a very good restaurant.
