Out of all the sushi restaurants I’ve ever tried, this one is definitely among the best. They offer a unique variety of sushi that you won’t find in many other places, and they frequently have discounts on select rolls. When dining in, the hibachi chef provides an entertaining experience while cooking delicious steak and shrimp right in front of you. Their cocktails are also fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant—I’ve been ordering from them for years!
Always walk pass this restaurant and it always looks so unappealing but I saw online they had 4.4 stars and I decided to try it out on a Sunday afternoon….I was happily surprised! Food was excellent ! There was only a couple people so it felt like we had the place to ourselves! If you wanna have a low key lunch this is your place.
Place was roomy and clean. Our waitress tended our table very professionally. It felt authentic because of the decor. The chef provided entertainment while preparing the meal. Quite funny! We met another couple at our table and the conversation started and continued throughout the meal! It was a pleasant experience...
Drove down from CT to take my son out for dinner. Saw the reviews and decided to take him here. Best. Decision. Ever! From the service, to the drinks, to the freshness of the sushi, Asahi is outstanding!!! And their seafood pad thai...mouthwatering!!! It's worth all the gas and tolls! Can't wait to come back! Thoroughly enjoyed this spot. Took my mom and family here for Mother's Day dinner.Hostess were friendly, chef was quite entertaining ?Food was delicious. So much food we had to ask for a take out dish. Will def be returning ?
On my visits back home to NY, I always hit my 'favorite ' Japanese restaurant. Sat. night, I decided instead to give this 'new ' place a try....I was glad I did! I believe I have a new 'favorite '!
