I was excited to try a curry based on the great reviews, but I was let down when it finally arrived. All four dishes we ordered, despite being very different, looked and tasted almost the same and were lacking in flavor. The service was efficient for a takeout order, but the food left much to be desired. Overall, the meal was disappointing. Price per person ranged from £10-20.
This is the best Indian restaurant and takeaway we have been to in a long time! We placed a large last-minute order and they were very accommodating and fast, especially considering it was a busy Saturday night with no advance notice. The food was delicious and arrived hot! I ordered the lamb saag dish, which was not very enjoyable as it seemed like they just added spinach to a regular curry without properly cooking it. However, the highlight of the meal was the pishwari naan, which was the best I've ever had. I have tried many naans before, but this one stood out to me.
