I have been wanting to try Asia at the Hyatt for a while but never seemed to have the opportunity, so when my mum was visiting and we wanted to go somewhere a little more special we thought it was perfect opportunity. Firstly, I want to say a big thank you to Issmal our Waiter. He was very welcoming and attentive to all our needs without being intrusive. He is a complete credit to the Hyatt and really made our evening special. So a huge thanks to Issmal! The food was delicious, in particular the seaweed salad starter and Toro (raw red tuna). We had the four courses of the set meal at Asia, I an honestly say that they were all excellent. I've always said that Peking Duck with pancakes are one of my favourite meals, and the version at Asia was the best I've ever eaten! Superb food. We even went back the next night to have the desert again.
Wonderful dinner. The Iberian pork was incredible. My wife loved the Pad Thai. Our kumquat crème brûlée was the perfect finish to our dinner. We loved eating out on the patio as the sun set and the trees were lit up.
