After 90min without information, I called and the driver was on the way. 5min later he brought (friendly but without explanation the just lukewarm food. On my outrage only at Deliveryando you can enter a maximum of 45min... He can't do anything for it, but then you don't have to force the orders available or technically prevent them after 17:30.
