I got some ice cream and it tasted like old buttermilk and pecans .. I ordered cookie and cream it was disgusting and the man had the nerve to look at me like I was lying … so he did give me my $4 back I got my food and went to Dairy Queen and got a whole other meal w/ good ice cream lol . Then I paid $10 for a plate a baby could eat they need to come to Dallas I see imma have to start back cooking….. West Texas food nasty
The food is generally ok however its waaaaay too expensive. Egg drop soup is essentially starchy chicken broth and egg an is usually $1.00 at most places. I asked if the $3.50 included wonton chips and they charged me $1.10 MORE... There are no individual meals here only $5-10.00 average prices for family intended dinning.
Yesterday, I ate the sesame chicken with fried rice. The taste was good, but in the evening I felt very very bad. I sat a long time on the toilet with diarrhea. I think the chicken wasn’t fresh anymore.
that is super, easy eating at a very good price. the servings are generous and eating is very good. the service is quite fast. nice to have this place in pecos.
