Asiatisches Jasmin

We use to visit this place almost every month for lunch and dinner and had a good experience here, changed to my surprise to be one of the worse. We wanted to be seated in garden area for lunch and waited minutes although tables were empty, the tables remained untouched till we left. The food was horrible and as usual less portions. We oder a apple juice with water and were charged with a price for more than a half a litter beer. The table was dirty and the waiter didn’t even spoke proper English or German and was very unfriendly. The owners have become very greedy and charged us for Tap Water although everyone had a drinks. The food was less than normal portions and the rice was too sticky....

as we were invited by a Chinese friend, we had the Chinese menu rather than the usual. when considering the clientele, I realized that this is obviously a popular place for those who are always recommended with Chinese food. we were not disappointed. both the selection and quality of food exceeded our expectations and there was an enormous selection of non-meat dishes. we will certainly be back and probably also use the take-away service.

the first time we came here (with a Chinese friend who knew what to order) was really excellent eating. the second time it was good, but not quite what we hoped, but even better than most Chinese restaurants. as an evaluator said... that obviously has changed with the COVID restrictions, and it is a pity. we try a third time and hope it has returned to its excellent previous standards.

if they want to eat authentic chinese cuisine, this is the right place. they have a great choice of dim-sum and not to fulfill our demand.

one of the rarest authentic Chinese restaurants in Wien with very nice and friendly service. we are regular visitors. keep it up.
