it was very obvious that if we have booked through an open table, we will not be served immediately or in time for our theatre performance. it was made very clear that we had to wait for our food and wait that we did. for good over an hour and a half in a barely half full restaurant. others who came in after us were served and remained when our ancestors arrived. it was only when we threatened to leave that our food arrived at the table. we have ordered nothing extravagant just lasagne and pizza. contrary to the very bad service with the delivery of our food to the arrival of the bill only 10 seconds after we have asked and yes, I did it time. in this city there are other places that have mu...
Staff outstanding, friendly, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately food was a let down. Pasta was over cooked and under seasoned with a distinct lack of chicken. An alternative was offered but as both dishes had same issue we didn't see the point of having anything else. Lactation suited our purpose and staff salvaged the visit. Have eaten in many branches of this chain and it's the only one where the food let us down. Once again a big thanks to all table staff.
My opentable reservation hadn’t been received but they managed to fit 5 of us in dinner on a busy Saturday evening. Service was lovely, friendly, helpful and gave great advice. Would definitely go back.
