I'm hoping we just visited on an off day. The restaurant wasnt very busy when we arrived. We had allowed ourselves 1 1/2 hours before our theatre booking. We did not order starters apart from my grandaughter was due to get crudites/dough sticks as part of kids meal. we had to ask for these after her pizza arrived. The garlic bread and zucchini frites arrived before our main even though we had said we wanted them together. We waited ages for waiting staff to take our dessert order then they came back to say one item out of stock. Then another long wait for desserts to arrive, which meant we had 5 min to eat them and run to theatre. The setting is amazing just a shame the experience wasn't so...
I hope we just visited a day. the restaurant was not very busy when we arrived. we had allowed ourselves 1 1/2 hours before our theater booking. we did not order appetizers apart from my granddaughter that they get as part of the child's meal crug/teig bars. we had to ask for their pizza. the garlic bread and the zucchini frits came before our head, although we said we wanted them together. we waited for the wait of employees to take our Dessert order, then they came back to say a product out of stock. then wait a long time until desserts arrive, which meant that we had 5 minutes to eat them and run into the theatre. the creation is amazing, only a scandal, the experience was not so great.
The food was excellent and the location, amazing. But it was the service which impressed us the most and contributed so much to our experience, making the evening really special. Thank you!
