I have reserved a table online 4 weeks in advance so that I am told online reservations would not count!?! There's nothing left in the restaurant area, but we should eat at the top of the hotel's breakfast area. Well, the atmosphere was bad and the service had to carry the drinks and food from below several floors up. So beers were pre-bleed and you liked to get a half-off beer at the next order. Ich habe ca. 45 Übernachtungen im Jahr. Dem zufolge bin ich extrem nervös , wenn ich in einem neuem Hotel nächtige. Ich habe sogar unter dem Bett nachgeschaut...(Sarkassmus off)... Merke auf! Es gibt NICHTS zu nörgeln. Die Mitarbeiterin: nett, zuvorkommend, allwissend! Sie hat mir jede Frage beantorten können. Das Zimmer: Tresor, Fön, Kaffeekaspelautomat, PLatz , warm und WLAN.... alles da. Parkplatz (wg. der Stadtreinigung am Montag nötig) ? Check!! Lange Rede , kurzer Sinn ! ALLES super.... Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt Bernburgs in klasse Lage. Der Service sehr freundlich. Und ein reichhaltiges frisches Frühstück, das keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Super!

Sehr nettes Hotel, sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück besser als in manchen 4 -Sterne-Hotels und super freundliches Personal.
Das Personal war mehr als Freudlich und Hilfsbereit .Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
