Very pleasant experience and out of time. The setting is beautiful as well as the place, just like the pool. Too bad the rooms are not soundproofed. Ours was close to the kitchens and we couldn't sleep during our only night on the spot. The restaurant's cuisine is divine, and the discovery is grandiose (honey cover with propolis). We had to pass next to the pigeon because we didn't like my spouse at all, we found him too big and he had a little meal. In general, I am rather satisfied with the experience.
An exceptional table for a timeless experience. Chef Lallement offers a creative menu and full of flavors where the product is highlighted in a refined and always just accompanying game. The sauces are exceptional, as well as the setting of this castle placed in a green enclave a few minutes from Reims. The map is certainly not within the reach of all scholarships, but it is an exceptional experience that deserves to be enjoyed without counting. In a word: unforgettable.
An incredible taste experience. The setting is superb, from the aperitif lounge to the dining room. The service is irreproachable, smiling, courteous without being incited. The kitchen is delicious, the flavors are amazing and the dresses are very successful. One question; Why serve a shower or stab by four or five, while we're three at the table? This is obviously a detail about the whole fabulous meal spent in this establishment.
