Who would have thought that you can get such a great meal so far out. When you have finished the three courses you will be glad you made the journey. Probably the best restaurant in the Shetlands.
no choice, but all courses well cooked with fresh local ingredients. they must sit in the kitchen in the morning and inform the kitchen if they want to eat (or book in advance).
we really enjoyed eating in burrastow. the menu is good and changes every day. we had fresh salmon and pork while we were two nights over there.
pierre is a talented chef and prepares nice eating with local ingredients to a fixed menu of days.
