I came here to celebrate my birthday on Thursday. I couldn’t not leave a review. The service was so wonderful, warm and welcoming. Your front of house team couldn’t do enough for us and made my birthday meal feel so special, especially the lady with the blonde hair (and stripy t-shirt) … thank you so much for such fantastic service and especially for being so lovely with my little boy. Chosen as a 'halfway between ' venue for meeting up, we had no idea what to expect. When we arrived the bar was very quiet, and the decor looked a bit tired, so we were a little worried. Fortunately first impressions were proven wrong. We were seated at the dining end of the room which was comfortable with a view of the garden. Everyone enjoyed their food, except the risotto was a little disappointing, but the desserts (raspberry blondie and mango parfait) were outstanding. The staff were welcoming and we were very impressed with their efficiency, warmth and respect when dealing with a large funeral party, mainly in a separate room but spilling over into the dining area.

We went for an evening meal this evening for a 21st birthday the food was outstanding and the service was excellent will definitely be going back. The food was cooked to perfection and the meal sizes were generous.

2nd time we have been Sunday dinner again was amazing fresh hot and tasty definitely will be going about 10/10 well done to fabulous staff
