Vaig conèixer aquest restaurant aprofitant una activitat de igersvalencia, no era per tant una visita prevista. Cal realitzar reserva prèvia i el restaurant té capacitat per a unes 20 persones. Situat en la ultima planta de l'edifici de Pepe Cabrera, dedicat a projectes d'arquitectura i disseny d'interiors, visita obligada per a veure el seu showroom . Ens van fer una demostració de com preparen els plats allí mateix davant dels clients i va ser tota una agradable experiència. Tenen una terrassa mes gran que el propi menjador/cuina. bruno ruiz is a real artist. different flavors in each dish and each dish is a taste on its own faust. the wine and the advice are excellent. bruno and his associates always observe whether everything is in order and declares the eating on the teller and the bill? very reasonable. he's a star and must have a Michelin star.

very friendly, personalized treatment and all the flexibility and creativity possible to adapt to food eaters with food intolerances and allergies. a pleasure we have enjoyed in family.
