THE MARRIOTT SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR CANCELING OUR RESERVATIONS!!!!! We came into town for Taylor Swift and had our hotel booked here for two months. We had email confirmations and spoke with them earlier this week. When we called day of, they cancelled our reservation and refused to honor it!!! We have never had trouble with the Marriott before but we’ll definitely think before with book with them again!!! Because two concerts are in town, there is nothing left except the super jacked up prices!!!! We’re stuck in Atlanta in with no place to stay on the busiest weekend with no place to book! We experienced a fire in our apartment building, and the staff at this hotel were incredibly supportive, particularly Betsy Gavin, who assisted us in securing extended accommodations at a partner location. The team was also helpful with concerns regarding our cat and other necessities, as we had no access to our personal belongings. The view from our room was stunning, and the whole experience transformed what could have been a terrible situation into something resembling a surprise getaway. I would highly recommend this place just for the view alone—beautiful sunsets and distant wildlife. Truly amazing!
My family and I have always gone to this hotel the experience and comfort is as if you were actually in your own house. We had never tried the buffet before and we tried it and the waiters and staff are so kind and very friendly the food they serve is magnificent. The most recent waitress who served my family and I is a very nice and caring woman Monica she treated my family and I like family. Overall my stay at the Marriott has been great 5 stars !!!
When I finally asked about the pet policy, I learned there was a $100 fee for bringing my pet. I thanked him for the information and indicated that he could now transfer me to the reservation system. However, he interrupted me again and, instead of forwarding my call, he hung up as if our conversation was completed. It seemed like he had decided for me that I wouldn't be making a reservation after all. I called at 12:04 AM on April 27, 2023.

Whatever you do please do not have James as your shuttle driver. He's rude, impatient, and even used profanity while driving. He seemed frustrated and had an nasty attitude. The hotel itself was clean and the other staff members were awesome. James should definitely not be driving for an upscale place like this. My staff and board members were speechless and not in a good way. Just glad we made it to the hotel safely!!
After a long day of traveling, I was hungry and wanting a glass of wine. Yason and George greeted me with kind smiles and a warm atmosphere. I ordered the spinach salad with grilled chicken….. delicious! Yason and George kept my glass full. A delightful evening.
Great room, exercise area, and restaurant in the lobby. Yason and George were very professional and service was beyond great. Definitely recommend you coming down to the bar and grabbing a drink or something to eat.
The hotel was nice. Yason (the bartender) gave me excellent service. The ambiance was a little bit dark, however it still was comfortable. The breakfast buffet needed more ingredients. Thank you very much.

I stayed here last weekend for a meeting and was very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the service. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience overall.
Stayed here on a business trip. Yason was a great bartender. Very attentive and he made the best lemon drops. I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely visit again. Great hotel and very clean.
