This review could easily be a five-star rating, but I'm giving it three stars due to one major issue. On the morning of my procedure, I was unable to find a working phone number where I could get answers to my questions. This wasn't just a problem that day; it seems to be a consistent issue. The main phone number still states that the staff is working remotely. Really? Still? You conduct hundreds of procedures each week at this location, and there are staff members on-site. So, why is no one available to answer the phone?
