The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, but I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. I felt rushed as our server kept trying to clear our plates before we had finished each course. We were enjoying our coffee when we asked for the bill, assuming he wanted to go home. After we paid, he disappeared and we left well before closing time. While I understand that the server's shift may have been ending, a better system should be implemented to ensure both employees can leave on time and diners can enjoy their meal without feeling rushed.
Our waiter was rather slow, like bringing a bottle of wine to the table. He seemed to saunter, it wasn't like he was runoff his feet. Two water glasses were filled and not the other two. We had to ask for the other two water glasses to be filled. Once the food arrived, He didn't come back and see if we needed anything like salt and pepper. My potatoes were cold by the time I flagged him down and got him to bring the salt. The salmon was over cooked. The asparagus were mushy. The restaurant itself was very nice the atmosphere, and the piano player was awesome
We went to the Robert Mondavi Wine Dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the wine pairings were outstanding. Our server was wonderful - knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The only flaw was that the wine pours were a bit small. We were supposed to receive 3 oz with each of the five courses, but it seemed like we only got about 2 oz each time. It was still a pleasant experience overall and we would definitely attend similar events in the future.
The absolute best steakhouse experience in Kamloops. A must stop when you're passing through or staying in Kamloops. The food, drinks, and service are top notch, and you can tell the staff take great pride in both. The Cowboy Steak, and the Atlas Old Fashion are a must have when you go.

Our meal was cooked to perfection. Our server, James, was attentive and very pleasant. He was particularly kind to my elderly mother. I would highly recommend Atlas to friends and family.
Food was very disappointing. Steak was not cooked to request. Potatoes were so Smokey couldnt not eat. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. Service was excellent.
James was an excellent server and we had a fantastic meal. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Expensive but the 5 course meal was an incredible experience! I highly recommend it.
