the terrace is not yet fully operational but it will be a real ravishing away from the noise of the road at the back of the house. The dishes are a treat for the eyes and taste buds. A real festival was the menu of Mother's Day.A lovely and very conciliating personal if you wanted to shorten the 5-course menu. Memorable discoveries such as the carpaccio de st jacques with duck foie gras and yuzu beads accompanied by a sorbet with beet....Beautiful wine map.
dinner with friends, we were well received and we chose the lobster and truffles menu and we were not disappointed: very fine, well cooked: perfect egg with truffles, exquisite pdt mousseline and well-stocked, lobster with lute verrin, risotto with lobster very tasteful way pauffella, sublimated brie with a rose the mignardises were also too sweet to our taste damage
Tuesday, June 27, our daughter invited us to celebrate my 70th anniversary. The "home" menu was designed according to my expectations, neither too much, nor too little, always suave. that I think to say desserts at home the quintessence in this matter. the arrangement provides a feeling of well-being needed for a meal appreciation.We will return to it.
