We own a holiday home a few miles away, and go to this restaurant every time we go on holidays. We virtually always have pizza there. They are incredibly thin, with great toppings. Our 6 year old son is a bit of a pizza connoisseur (slightly fussy eater), so he has eaten a lot of pizzas! This place is his absolute number 1, which says a lot. This October we were in France for his birthday, and all he wanted to do was go "the pizza place" as he calls it, for his birthday lunch. You cannot imagine his disappointment when we realised his birthday was on a Wednesday, and they are closed on a Wednesdays! The only soloution was to celebrate his birthday again on the Thursday, and his day was made...

We visit Caylus regularly and this place never disappoints! Sure, it renowned for its fabulous pizzas (and I mean the biggest and best for miles), but there are other things on the menu and their salads are massive. We'd used it a couple of times then decided the return on the last night of our holiday - they even got us a table on their beautiful veranda late evening. Two of the nicest people running the place - the Patron cooks and his wife waits on table - both work like trojans to make sure you have everything you want. Its easy to drive past without noticing the place, but dont be put off by the small door - its a glorious find and we'll keep using it as long as we go to Caylus. We like ou...

I have visited this restaurant 3 times now during my last 3 trips to France. Its a very quaint restaurant with a beautiful terrace outside. The pizza's are huge and they have a great selection to suit everyones taste, they also have some meat dihes and salads. Every time i go i have the curry pizza, i know what your going to think but its really really nice, the chicken one especially. The restaurant is also child freindly. Jacque and Christine do a great job together of running this special little place. I can highly recommend, make sure you book tho as it can get busy.

We ended up in this restaurant having intended to eat at the hotel Renaissance but the hotel was closed for the night, a Friday!Rather than pizza we have two of the duck choices on the menu. Both were cooked well. Vegetables were limited to chips and salad. Wine was reasonably priced. We had to eat in as the terrace was full and the indoor seating is a bit cramped and in the main route out to the terrace so the waitress was continually passing by. Would not return as non pizza menu too limited. Worth a visit if you are a pizza fan which I'm not Book a table now

This is a great local restaurant with a gorgeous little terrace outside. The pizzas are enormous and there's a brilliant choice. We are always made to feel welcome and everyone is friendly in this small place. There's also meat dishes and daily specials - book the terrace in the summer - it's popular.

Owners Christine and Jacques run the ABC efficiently. Good pizzas, good toppings and several other options on the menu. Good midday fixed price menu, always fresh. In warm weather enjoy the outdoor terrace overlooking the medieval village.

Our first ever visit during a visit to family. We sat outside on the terrace and had some of the best pizza ever. Lovely flavour and wonderfully thin bases. The owners provided friendly and charming service. Great value as well.... Book a table now

High quality entrecote and fine crust pizzas with lots of toppings. Sometimes too much cheese can make a bit greasy - just ask for less and its perfect. Good local Quercy wine by the pichet. Good value.
