we went to this restaurant after we spent the day at the condé museum and gardens in chantilly. we were looking for this restaurant because we had a wonderful experience in au bureau in arras and so we thought we could trust the chain....BIG mistake. we have nothing positive about this restaurant. the location in a shopping center is ugly, eating was very bad quality plus exceptionally small portions (also for france) with equally exceptionally high trips. for example: a plate which was described for the exchange and as xl, contained 4 small cheese stalls, 4 small chicken stalls, 4 small tumbler rings, a very small (about 2 tablespoons) container of hummus, an equally small container of aube...
cozy, fast, franko-American-anglo menu, cheap. I had eaten there and was pleasantly surprised. the restaurant was full of customers of all types of businessmen, buyers, students. the server were friendly and efficient. for a shopping center restaurant, I found it much more inviting than I expected. at the far end. there is a corner with round tables and a fireplace for colder days, with comfortable chest stools. I will definitely return. reservations, at least midday, recommended!
