the place is authentic and rich in discoveries. the chef welcomes you with attention, animated by the pleasure of sharing his passion through a wide choice of drinks and foods. Just see it! Country charcuterie, lukewarm toasts 3 cheeses, fine stuffing (cantal-originating cepe) or coconut egg wander an entry that turns out promising for the next and when there is more, there is more! the chef comes with a lip attracted by his care, light and iron or a delicious truffle, all accompanied by wonderfully cooked meats that finish the meal. Really? the sweet exquisite with gluten-free chestnut and flognarde with apples, a sort of limousin flan, wait for them the most greedy and they would be wrong...

We discovered this small restaurant at the Grand Chef in September 2023 and were able to taste the real Auvergnate cuisine, made by the owner of the place with know-how and generosity. Of course, the Auvergne lost a master of Aligot and I'm sure Toulouse can appreciate the chance to have it. We'll be back there. Reservation highly recommended. In the meantime, Grand MERCI, Chief!

arrivals by chance by looking for a small restaurant for a girlfriend party. not at all disappointed by this small piece of less than 10 tables. Welcome! The kitchen is very gourmet and of quality! Beer is nice. The atmosphere is hot. human size! The boss is listening! If you're looking for authenticity, it's here! top! I recommend!
