We had the chance to book for our wedding meal and it was just perfect. Elias and Pierre Elie Tachy were very welcoming during our meetings and telephone interviews to prepare the event. As the restaurant was normally closed when we wanted to make our wedding meal, Elias very kindly proposed to bring a team and open the restaurant that was then privatized. We were really affected by the proposal. I think I ate the best hoummous in my life in this restaurant. Ordering mezzes for two people is largely enough, because the dishes are quite copied. The waiters are very nice too (they offered us dessert that was not too sweet as well as Lebanese tea with pine nuts! and very warm! Only flat: no music that puts us in the mood and it is not very pleasant when the restaurant is complete. In any case, restaurant I recommend 100%! Of course I will come back to test the other mezzes that looked delicious!
Excellent food, top servers. but a real disaster on the organization of service changes. If you come at 7 p.m., you'll have to make it quick to free your table at 9 p.m. I think it’s best not to put on this kind of organization when haven’t managed, the goal of an evening with friends is to enjoy a party together, and not to have to quickly order, quickly swallow a dessert meal, then come quickly ask us to release the tables. Too bad.
Overrated but nice food, formal and chic atmosphere. It’s maybe a little overrated because I was told it was the best Lebanese food in town but I’ve tested better. The hummus is very delicious. The jawaneh portion was very generous. You should definitely reserve a table though, it’s very crowded most of the time. Would come back for a formal dinner but for casual Lebanese food cravings, a bit too much.
