I have now been to this place twice for lunch and I thoroughly recommend it!!! It has a very unusual decor with many things for sale.It has an inside and outside eating area and both are charming. They offer a simple but delicious menu for 12,50 euros Monday to Friday lunchtime and a little more expensive in the evenings ,Saturdays and bank holidays. The menu consists of a tartine with topping side salad, homemade desert and a coffee. My tartine involved magret de canard,potatoes and onions confit: delicious and well seasoned so I never needed any salt or pepper!! I then had a tarte tatin with apples and caramel au beurre salé. You will have a selection of tartines to choose from. The menu is under 15€ and includes salad, the tartine, and dessert. Everything is home made by the lovely couple who will make you feel at home. In the Winter it is cozy with a wood burning stove and in the Summer the terrace is delightful. The gift shop is even better!
Atypical restaurant/boutique! We find everything... very busy in the arranged rum and Punch... excellent tats. Great desserts... very pleasant... to eat, to drink a tea... with cakes... to find ideas of gifts...
