Nothing can be blamed on this restaurant, it is traditional dishes of French and local cuisine, freshness and quality are at the rendezvous without a doubt. The service is very attractive and friendly. Boss, boss and service do their best knowing that the place is very crowded, so we can't give them a little tolerance does it seem to me? A typical Alsace guest house with excellent specialities. Unconditionally try the fried carp, we never had and were thrilled. Maybe no more secret tip, so make sure to book by phone. Very friendly service, we are looking forward to the next visit to Cheval blanc in Ferette
