Gratifying this very good 5 star restaurant would take the risk of letting the chef believe that he can stop imagining good dishes! So, so that it continues like this, just 4* to qualify an inventive and fine cuisine, a quality of products without flaw... a home foie gras to convert a vegan to gourmet...and a dynamic, attentive and very professional service! Just a 4 star Bravo...!
A gourmet restaurant, a must on Aubenas. Excellent and refined dishes, very beautiful presentation. Small mouthing served with excellent aperitif. Server of great kindness and attention. Bravo to the chef.
