Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons et n'avons jamais été déçus, mais là franchement non ! Cela me peine pour le patron qui est adorable mais soit on est un restaurant soit on ne l'est pas ! Demander aux clients d'aller chercher les couverts, les boissons, de mettre la table... Ça ne passe pas. Les galettes sont faites à l'avance et les mélanges qui les composent beaucoup trop compliqués. Trop de saveurs, d'épices, de goûts ensembles sur une même assiette. Le changement n'est pas toujours une bonne chose... Rien ne va plus...
Like many of the places of the Cevennes they have a strong emphasis on natural and quality items. It is a creperie (although I never tried the crepes), but they also have a wide assortment of ice cream dishes, which range from very simple (a...few scoops) to large ornate sundaes and parfaits. I stopped by there twice while I was in Florac and visited both times! It's definitely worth a stop, and it's in one of the main squares in the city, in a more touristy area, so it's hard to miss!
Spectacular crepes (both sweet and savoury - technically I think the savoury ones are galettes). We stumbled upon this top quality establishment on a long bike ride ride the Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte, and it was the perfect cycling stop-off. Excellent wholesome food and a really friendly welcoming atmosphere. Pretty much the perfect French cafe, and a good setting in an attractive small square in the centre of the town. Highly recommended!
spectacular crepes (both sweet and hearty technical I think the hearty are galettes.) we stumbled on this high quality facility on a long bike tour the gorges du tarn and the gorge de la jonte, and it was the perfect bike ride. delicious food and a very friendly atmosphere. quite the perfect French caffe and a good location in an attractive small place in the center of the city. highly recommended!

We visited Florac to find out more about walks in the Cévennes and happened to find Au Pécher Mignon in the town centre, which is an Artisan Crepier Salon de The. We ordered the galette, which was delicious and finished our meal with coffee...and ice cream. Very friendly proprietor who was happy to explain what ingredients he used for his galette dish.
Un posto eccezionale, soprattutto attento ai vegetariani che offre una cucina piena di sapori e fantasia. Il cuoco gestore è gentilissimo è pronto a spiegare le sue delizie. Vale una sosta anche per visitare una parte bellissima della Francia
Great whole-grain crepes: fig and Brie , and chèvre, potatoes and ham. The server was very pleasant and helped us with our attempts at communicating in French. This is a great town to visit, and the journey to here is spectacular.
We felt very lucky to stumble upon this small restaurant. Very good food and a great host, cheerful and smilling. Will surely return there if we ever pass by Florac again!
