friends in nyons speak very of this typical French family-run restaurant. it is so popular in the regular at midday. we passed the board and the plate du jour of lamb tagine 10) appealed so that we booked a table after our market purchase. there was a warm and friendly reception in the busy service. our food came fast. Unfortunately, that was really inconspicuous. the dayin consisted mainly of courgette and, I think, turnip dressed with two largish pieces fat breast of lamb. it was very difficult to find every meat in the layers of fat. for the rest were the roasted vegetables watery and very blanching, only the sick plucked, rusty and wobble had taste. we then sat well 15 minutes before the...
