After visiting Bisinchi with Marie AutentiCorsica, we were able to taste a multitude of traditional Corsican dishes cooked by his parents in their restaurant the PetitPont reopened especially for us All was generous: the reception, the dishes exchanges. Mountain restaurant without pretensions, but so warm, friendly, and that comes out of everything I could know ;Pizzas au Top , donuts à la châtaigne à vous lecher des babines !!! And what do weed doughs say... a slaughter.
It’s like home with friends, the boss is very nice and a hell of a phenomenon! We had the chance to make an improvised karaoke. Stop it if you can!!
