Book well in advance and you will not be disappointed. A beautiful setting even at night, although I would have loved to seen the surrounds during the day. The food was superb and staff very efficient and friendly. Although we couldn’t speak French and most...weren’t strong in English they made a very good effort to make sure we understood each dish and our wine. It was a delicious meal that presented beautifully. The quail was the highlight of the dishes but dessert and the little after desert Petit fores were also a highlight. If you are visiting Toulouse it’s worth the visit and for a Michelin restaurant prices were reasonable.
