I've seen a lot of English critics at Tinchebray's restaurant, so I'd like to make one for my village restaurant. Of course, I can be slightly biased, but if you intend to stop for lunch near the Tinchebray area, why not try this little jewel? I'm not really a gourmet end and I'm not qualified to say how good a restaurant is outside my own experience.
